The Crossings at Rocky Springs HOA is a unique community, situated on a 49-acre site, consisting of 180 townhouses and approximately 18,000 square feet of commercial space. A cluster-style design was used to arrange buildings in neighborhoods that are linked to an open space trail network, recreational facilities, and easy access to shopping and major road ways.
