Clubhouse Activities, Meetings, & Clubs:

• EXERCISE OPPORTUNITY - Join others in your fitness journey. Classes continue to be offered Thursday mornings with easy Zumba (8:00 AM) and chair stretching immediately following at 9:00 AM. All levels of ability are welcome!
• PICKLEBALL RETURNS TO TCARS - TCARS Pickleball is designed for all skill levels and offers various play times throughout the week depending on the season. Contact Karen Brain at [email protected] to learn more.
• Book Club - third Monday of the month at 1:00 PM
• The TCARS Board of Directors reserve the clubhouse meeting room on the 3rd or 4th Tuesday of each month.
• The Clubhouse Committee reserves the meeting room on the second Thursday of each month for BYOE!​​​​

Clubhouse Safety Announcement:
To the TCARS Community: For member safety, Emergency buttons have been installed on the lower floor of the CommUNITY Clubhouse Building. In a case of emergency in the pool area or the exercise room, someone just needs to depress the red button and our security system will automatically notify the 911/ Lancaster EMT group, who will dispatch emergency support.   The button is shown in the first picture. The Pool Area Emergency button is located at the central location near the Entry stairs and the Pool stairs. The Exercise Room Emergency Button is located near the entrance and the room light switch. These are shown in the attached pictures. For parents and grandparents, please inform your children to avoid these buttons, so that we avoid any false alarms. Once activated, there is no way to cancel the EMT call, which will result in a charge to the Community.   Thank you, TCARS Board of Directors

 THE CROSSINGS AT ROCKY SPRINGS HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION
COMMUNITY ROOM RENTAL PROCEDURE AND AGREEMENT
1.      Complete the below 'Contact Us' form OR email [email protected] to book a function. Availability of the facilities will be determined and acknowledged.
2.      If facility is available, issue a check (made out to The Crossings at Rocky Springs) to confirm the event date & time. Check should be mailed to: TCARS, PO BOX 159 Pequea, PA 17565
3.      The fee for rental is $50 (up to 5 hours). $25 for each additional hour.
4.      Upon receipt of check, the renter will be sent a Rental Agreement (to be signed and returned to Woo-Cat) and a copy of Clubhouse Rules & Regulations.
5.      Clubhouse cannot be rented for the following holidays:
a.      Easter
b.     Thanksgiving
c.      Christmas Eve
d.     Christmas Day
e. New Year's Eve,
f. New Year's Day,
g. Memorial Day,
h. Independence Day (July 4th)
i. Labor Day.
